Our standard turnaround time is 7–14 business days from payment confirm

Larger or more detailed custom orders may require additional time.ation.

This excludes weekends, public holidays and shipping times.

We understand that sometimes you need something special at short notice!

If you require your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order.

Rush orders are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

🌸 Can I personalise my order?

Absolutely! Personalisation is one of our favourite things to do!

Many of our handmade products can be customised with names, initials, colours, patterns or special wording.

Simply select your personalisation options when ordering.

🎀 Can I supply my own fabric?

Yes! We love creating meaningful keepsakes using fabric that holds special memories.

Selected products can be made using customer-supplied fabric, including sentimental clothing and keepsake materials.

Please contact us before ordering to discuss fabric suitability and requirements.

✨ Can I bring my own items to be personalised?

Yes! Our BYO Personalisation Service allows you to add names, wording and designs to suitable items.

Pricing:

• Names or initials – $5

• Small wording or simple designs – $8

• Larger wording or designs – From $10

• Detailed designs – Custom quote

All customer-supplied items must be assessed for suitability before personalisation.

Simply browse our website, select your favourite products, choose your personalisation options and add them to your cart.

Once you've completed checkout and payment, your order will be added to our handmade production schedule.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

Payments can be made securely through the available payment options displayed at checkout.

Orders are confirmed once payment has been received.

📍 Do you offer local pickup?

Yes!

Local pickup is available in Baldivis, Western Australia.

Pickup details will be provided once your order is ready for collection.

🚗 Do you offer local delivery?

Yes! Local delivery is available within Baldivis.

Please select the available delivery option at checkout or contact us to confirm arrangements.

📦 Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes! We offer shipping throughout Australia using Australia Post.

Shipping costs are added when the delivery option is selected ($15), and delivery times are additional to our standard production turnaround.

Most Little Moss Handmade products are made to order.

This allows us to create each piece with care while offering beautiful personalisation options.

🤍 Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

As many of our products are personalised and made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has begun.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply.

🪡 Do you offer clothing alterations?

Yes!

We offer selected clothing alterations and repairs, including hemming, sleeve shortening, minor fit adjustments and mending.

You can browse our alteration services on the website or contact us for a personalised quote.

🎁 Do you offer gift wrapping?

Of course!

Our gift wrapping service is available for $5 per wrapped gift.
